Mr. Rakesh Ramanlal Shah

Mr. Rakesh Shah is a commerce graduate, industrialist, Chairman & Managing Director for GSEC Limited. He belongs to aristocratic business family engaged in diverse business activities. With his vast experience, he intellectually applies innovative techniques in business operations to advance GSEC Limited.

Mr. Shaishav Rakeshkumar Shah

Mr Shaishav Shah is Joint Managing Director of the GSEC Limited. He is on board as a member of group's strategy think-tank and has been spearheading new ventures as well as domestic and international trading activities. His zeal & pro-active work approach ensures a bright future for the company.

Mr. Samir Hanskumar Mankad

Mr. Mankad is Whole time CEO and Director of GSEC Limited. Being a versatile persona, he is highly knowledgeable, with his comprehensive understanding of strategic business amplification. Next to flourishing achievement of an MBA, in addition to B.E. (Mech.), Mr. Samir Mankad worked within diversely reputed Industries in India. GSEC Limited team at all times keen on working under his direction.

Mr. Sahil Mehta

Mr. Sahil Mehta is an MBA from University of Hertfordshire, UK. His work experience includes 20 years in aviation & logistics. He has successfully set up ground handling & airport services operations across multiple airports on a Pan India basis; managed JV’s with large international ground handling companies and won concessions at BOM, DEL, BLR, HYD airports for ground handling operations; consistently declared record profits in the ground handling business in India since inception; 1st privately held company to forge an equal partnership with Container Corporation of India (CONCOR) to manage ground handling operations at Nasik Airport; founded BRRING for addressing the complex intra city last mile distribution business for online grocery / perishable companies; expanded from 1 city (Pune) to 18 cities within 18 months; and signed up large E-Com customers and expanded operations Pan India for these customers.

Mr. Chetan Shah

Having been with the Simplex Group since 1999, Chetan Shah has moved from IT to Electronics to Prefab today. Aged 40, the Director has an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Adelphi University in New York.

Mr. Uday Dholakia

Mr. Uday Dholakia is an experienced Board member of UK regulatory bodies, with successful experience in simplifying and improving better regulation. A seasoned Aviation professional, having worked as route planner consultant with Manchester Airport Group, East Midlands Airport and as Brand Ambassador for Birmingham Airport. Previously, longstanding member UK Civil Aviation Authority’s Insolvency Panel. Uday brings a creative and dynamic experience as Director, with a record of successfully delivering strategic planning and decision making, service delivery, change management, risk management and performance management. He has served at Board level in the regulatory functions of Trading Standards, HMRC, Environmental Health, Electricity Distribution, Broadcasting, Policing, Planning, Aviation, Better Regulation at the Local Better Regulation Office (LBRO).
