At Sky High Airport Services Private Limited (and will hereinafter be referred to) as Sky High, we respect your need to understand how information is being collected, used, disclosed, transferred and stored. The protection of our customers’ privacy is very important to us.

The services offered by Sky High are not directed at children under 16 years old. If our services are used by a child under 16 years of age Sky High assumes they have done so with the consent of their parent or guardian who are fully responsible for their actions.

We only store your personal data to the extent and as long as it is required for the performance of our services or as we are legally obligated.

Sky High allows personal data to be processed by third parties in all countries (also in countries where legislation does not guarantee appropriate data protection) for the purpose of operating the website and to meet the purposes stated in this Privacy Statement.

In the case of the transfer of data to countries without appropriate data protection, Sky High ensures that the measures required are implemented (generally by signing recognised data protection agreements, based on standard contractual clauses), in order to protect personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection law.

Rights of customers

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and transferability of your data. Furthermore, you have the right to restrict processing.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. An objection only has future effect and does not affect previous processing. If, on account of the objection, Sky High is no longer able to perform the services contractually agreed with you, the objection is deemed to be a breach of contract by the customer and Sky High has the right to terminate its contract with you without notice. Payment obligations already contractually entered into by the customer remain in force.

Use of the website and cookies

Sky High may use cookies or other technologies to record your visits to our Website in order to measure advertising effectiveness. We may also collect information about your visit to our Website, based on your browsing (click stream) activities. This information may include but is not limited to the pages browsed and products and services viewed or booked.

Sharing of data with the authorities in our home country and abroad

For legal and regulatory reasons, it is necessary that we share certain personal and booking information with the governmental authorities in our home country and abroad.

Sky High is obliged to share your personal data with criminal prosecution, administrative or judicial authorities in our home country and abroad in case they require its disclosure for the prevention or prosecution of crimes, misdemeanours, or comparable administrative misconduct. Such a transfer is only performed if based on legal or regulatory requirements.

Data processing by third parties in our home country and abroad

Sky High shares your personal data with several third parties such partner companies for booking handling who may share your data with companies they may have an arrangement with in order to process and complete your booking.

skyhigh.com will redirect you to a secure third party payment gateway at the time of payment. All payment transactions carried out by our chosen third-party provider of payment processing services will be encrypted using online encryption technology. Sky High does not handle or store any of your sensitive card details.

We may also share aggregate or anonymous information with relevant third parties, including our advertisers. Your personal information may be transferred outside of your home country and outside of the European Union, for the above mentioned purposes. If such transfer takes place to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, Sky High will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. Booking process

If you start a booking process, we collect booking data and personal data, in particular your surname, first name, date of birth, passport details, telephone number and e-mail address.

Analytics Tools

We use various analytics tools and third party technologies including Google Analytics amongst others to collect and analyse cookies. We have contractual relationship with these third party analytics companies, who collect this information. They may combine this information with other information that they already have independently collected from other websites. Many of these companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. 

Newsletters

Upon your request, we will keep you informed about relevant developments and offers from Sky High. When you subscribe to our newsletter on the website, for example by clicking a confirmation field, we will send you a notification e-mail. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from Sky High, you can unsubscribe in the newsletter itself at any time.

We process your data associated with the newsletter in order to send you news about and related to Sky High and our partners. In addition, we also process and use the e-mail address you have entered in order to send you personalised offers associated with the newsletter. If a link in the newsletter directs you to our websites, you also give us permission to process and use your IP address.

Chat service

Sky High provides you with an online chat service on skyhigh.com. Sky High works together with an external service provider for the operation of the live chat service. The service provider may have access to your details of a chat session on the Sky High Website.
